How to deposit crypto in bot/mini app? Bot - Navigate to My Wallet → Deposit. - Select an asset that you want to deposit (and the network if applicable). The bot will display the instructions and the address to send the asset to. 🚨 Danger Always double-check that you are depositing the correct asset on the correct network. For example, if you selected USDT on ETH-ERC20, you must send exactly USDT from an ETH-ERC20 address. Sending the wrong coin or using a different network will result in permanent loss of funds. Mini App - On the Wallet tab tap Deposit. - On the next screen select type of deposit. Select: - Deposit Crypto to send crypto from another xRocket wallet or another blockchain address. - Bank card to buy crypto with a card and deposit it to your wallet. - Buy on P2P Market to see if any P2P offers by other users match your needs. You will then need to select an asset that you want to deposit/buy and the blockchain network type if applicable. The app will display the instructions and the address to send the asset to. Deposit via Bank card If you select Bank card, you will then need to select an asset that you want to send: - On the next page select the crypto that you want to receive: For example, if you select USD on the You send and USDT on You receive page, you will then need to send USD from your bank card to one of our partners to get the deposit of USDT to your xRocket wallet. - On the next screen review your deposit details. - Make sure that the location and currency are set correctly. Based on that selection the available payment methods will be listed for selection in Via field. - Pick one of our partners and tap Continue. Then you will be forwarded to the selected partner's website. - Follow the partner's instructions to complete your payment. ⚠️ Warning Bank card deposits are processed by third-party partners. Processing times and fees vary by provider and payment method. ℹ️ Info xRocket does not require a MEMO when depositing to our wallets. If your sending exchange or wallet requires a mandatory MEMO entry, you can fill in any value — it does not affect the deposit.

If your Telegram account is blocked or deleted and you have not set up a recovery method, your xRocket wallet and all assets in it may be permanently lost. xRocket wallet enables secure and intuitive asset management, however, it is important to understand how it's linked to your Telegram account. As a custodial wallet, xRocket is tied directly to your Telegram account and does not have a seed phrase for recovery. While your data is securely stored on our servers, losing access to your Telegram account (e.g., if it's blocked or deleted) means you could lose your xRocket wallet permanently. To protect yourself, we highly recommend setting up a recovery method. You can do this by linking your xRocket account to a non-custodial TON wallet (one with a seed phrase that you control). 💡 Tip Set up account recovery as soon as possible, even if you only hold a small balance. It takes less than a minute and can save your assets. To set up account recovery: 1. Set up a non-custodial TON wallet that is enabled with TON Connect. 2. In the xRocket bot's main menu, navigate to Bot main menu > ⚙Settings > Connect wallet. 3. Follow the suggested steps to connect your TON wallet to xRocket. 4. If your Telegram account gets blocked or deleted, xRocket support will be able to use this link to verify the ownership of your account and help recover your assets.

Withdraw Crypto

xRocket enables withdrawing crypto from your wallet via several methods: - You can use our Telegram bot or mini app to transfer assets from your xRocket wallet to another xRocket wallet or a wallet of another supported network. - You can trade on P2P market to sell your asset and get fiat asset you want. ⚠️ Warning Withdrawals are subject to network fees and minimum amounts. See How to check current fees and limits? for details. How to Withdraw Crypto? Bot - Navigate to My Wallet → Withdraw page. 1. Select an asset to withdraw (and a network if applicable). 2. Specify an amount to withdraw and the recipient address in the selected network. 3. Add a comment (MEMO) if required. 4. Review the entered information and confirm the transaction. Mini App - On the Wallet tab tap Withdraw. 1. Select an asset that you want to withdraw (and a network if applicable). 2. Specify the recipient address in the selected network and the amount to withdraw. 3. Add a comment (MEMO) if required. 4. Review the entered information and confirm the transaction. 💡 Tip If the recipient exchange or wallet requires a MEMO (also called Tag or Comment), make sure to include it. Missing a required MEMO can delay or prevent the deposit on the recipient's side. 🚨 Danger Always verify that you are withdrawing to the correct network. For example, if you selected ETH-ERC20, you must provide an ETH-ERC20 address. Sending to the wrong network will result in permanent loss of funds. Withdrawal Status ℹ️ Info xRocket confirms withdrawals only after the transaction receives the required number of blockchain confirmations. This may take from a few seconds to several minutes depending on network congestion. Our bot is designed to provide withdrawal confirmation only after the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain and has received the required number of confirmations. This ensures that the recipient's blockchain has actually received the asset before you are notified. Possible withdrawal delays: - Delay from xRocket or the withdrawal blockchain: If you experience a delay and the bot has not yet displayed a confirmation message, the issue is likely due to high network traffic or processing delays on either our platform or the blockchain. - Delay from the recipient's services: If the bot has already confirmed the withdrawal but the recipient still hasn't received the assets, the delay is with the recipient's wallet or service. In this case, the transaction was successful on the blockchain, and the recipient should investigate the issue with their service provider.
